Dr. Maitri Shah
Dr. Maitri Shah was born and raised in Des Plaines. She has been passionate about teeth and helping others from a very young age. She knew she wanted to become a dentist after seeing her smile transformation after braces. She got more insight into the mechanical world of dentistry when she would accompany her dad at work at Dentsply. Dr. Shah earned both her Bachelor of Science and Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Shah and her husband Akshay love traveling, exploring new neighborhoods and trying new restaurants. They are always on the hunt for a new adventure.
